Meet JoAnne Gerri, LPN
Founder and Clinical Director
JoAnne Gerri founded Pelage Medi Spa in 1999 to offer clients a more thoughtful, clinically informed approach to aesthetic care. Her background in nursing, laser aesthetics, advanced skin care and permanent cosmetics shaped a practice built around education, clinical judgment and highly personalized recommendations.
Before founding Pelage, JoAnne developed a broad clinical background through nursing experience in internal medicine, infectious disease, oncology and dermatology. She became a laser specialist in 1996 and later helped develop one of the Pacific Northwest's early laser hair-removal practices.
Her medical-aesthetic experience is complemented by extensive training and certification in micropigmentation and permanent cosmetics. JoAnne brings clinical precision and a strong understanding of symmetry, proportion, color and facial balance to treatments designed to look refined, natural and appropriate for each client.
JoAnne continues her education in laser technology, advanced skin care and aesthetic medicine. Her philosophy remains straightforward: clients deserve accurate information, realistic expectations and recommendations based on what is appropriate for them - not what happens to be fashionable.

With more than 13 years at Pelage, Renette is known for her expertise, thoughtful consultations and highly personalized approach to skincare. Her experience includes advanced skincare treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and laser therapies.
As a Lead Team Member, Renette mentors her colleagues and helps foster Pelage's collaborative, client-centered environment. She believes education is an essential part of every treatment and helps clients care for their skin confidently between visits.
Kaya
Esthetician
Before entering aesthetics, Kaya worked in palliative care as a CNA for three years. That healthcare experience continues to shape the compassion, professionalism and understanding she brings to every treatment.
Kaya combines advanced skincare knowledge with personalized treatment planning to create corrective and restorative experiences. Her commitment to continuing education helps her stay current as the field evolves.
Tara
Master Esthetician
With more than 25 years of skincare experience, Tara combines advanced corrective treatments with care that feels restorative, personal and results-focused. Her approach is grounded in education, integrity and careful attention to detail.
Outside the treatment room, Tara is a business owner, wife and proud mother. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, cooking, dancing, Pilates and attending plays.
