Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We reserve appointment time specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible; fee exceptions may be made at Pelage Medi Spa’s discretion.
