Cancellation Policy

Pelage Medi Spa has a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill and you may be charged 50% of the service or treatment that were booked. If you miss your appointment "No Show" you will be charged 100% of the service or treatment that were booked.
